I know it’s been longer than usual since my last post.  I have been really busy and stressed since this month has been a big transition time for me.

Also, if I don’t get my paperwork sorted then I could be home sooner rather than later since I might get deported. :p  (That was sort of a joke, hopefully it will stay that way.)

In other news:  I thought I won an ipod in a drawing but it was really just kanji cards.  But last week in another drawing I was vindicated and actually won a real ipod.  It’s just a Shuffle so sort of a baby ipod but I love it anyway (especially because it was free. )

I found a place here that serves a killer spicy sausage.  That is like, really big news.

It’s still really hot and muggy but thanks to my brand new a/c unit I can stay decently cool in one room of my apartment.

That’s about it.  (Not really, but about all I can manage to type right now.)  I’ll try to be more regular (and more interesting) with my entries.
